Its location was beautiful, near to Eyeries on the Beara Peninsula, the Bistro there and Bantry. The breakfast here was awesome and delicious with stunning views and local cheese or strawberries, for example. Every staff member was amiable and welcoming. I had a really lovely holiday and would happily return.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the water. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and the Ring of Kerry. The breakfasts were delicious and the little touches, like a bottle of cold drinking water provided on arrival, were a nice touch.
There were no real negatives about our stay. We did find the stairs a bit steep, but there was a room on the ground floor for those with mobility issues.

We had an amazing time at Cappa House on the Beara Peninsula. Fran, our friendly and knowledgeable hostess, made us feel right at home. The breathtaking views and spacious room were just the beginning. Fran's delicious cooked-to-order breakfasts and outstanding evening meals with local fish were a real treat. The owner's hospitality and the location's proximity to coastal activities, fishing, and a nearby beach made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to go back!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The open plan living area with breathtaking views of Coulagh Bay, Eyeries village and even the Kerry mountains in the distance is simply mesmerizing. Sitting there feels like being in a movie with a constantly changing backdrop. The front sun room, overlooking Coulagh Bay, is the perfect spot to witness the awe-inspiring sunsets. It's almost as if nature put on a spectacular light show just for us. The farmhouse's location on the Beara Way Walking Route and Wild Atlantic Way is ideal for exploring the area. We felt like adventurers embarking on a treasure hunt, discovering hidden gems along the way. The king size bedroom, with its spacious en suite shower room and wardrobe/dressing area, made us feel like royalty. It was the perfect sanctuary after a day of adventures. The entire house is beautifully finished with high-quality touches, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The use of wood and natural colors adds a touch of warmth and comfort to every corner.
Slightly weak Wi-Fi signal in upstairs bedrooms.
